On November 21, 2024, the President signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Reform of the Judicial System and Improvement of Procedural Legislation.”
In our view, the amendments are aimed at improving access to justice and bringing civil and criminal proceedings into line with administrative proceedings.
