Responsobilities:
- Control and coordination of financial issues;
- Organise and maintain budget planning work;
- Financial Statement Analysis;
- Financial and business process optimisation;
- Ensuring alignment of financial and business processes across the company;
- Optimisation of the company's financial policy, development and implementation of measures to ensure its financial stability;
- Participate and work on company projects within the scope of job responsibilities;
- Generating and sending reports to the Company's Clients;
- Calculation of payments to employees in accordance with the company's incentive system.
- Higher education (economic, accounting, finance/management);
- Analytical Skills;
- Initiative is welcome;
- Well-developed social skills, ability to find ways to solve certain issues, competent verbal and written communication;
- Attentiveness, conscientiousness, diligence;
- Ability to draft and analyse financial and business processes; English language skills;
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word.
- Official employment;
- Schedule of work from 9:00-18:00, 5/2;
- Comfortable office and environment (cottage near the city centre, private territory);
- Timely payment of salaries;
