Tolkynay has experience in advising and supporting international companies in M&A deals and intragroup restructurings, including corporate, antimonopoly and currency issues, as well as drafting transaction documents and obtaining various permits and approvals. Tolkynay has extensive work experience at Big Four company.

Projects

• Advising on restructuring project of one of the largest group of companies in Kazakhstan due to the client’s request to optimize the structure taking into account relevant Kazakhstan laws provisions.
• Advising the client on restructuring project, in particular, introduction of a regulated business entity (bank) into a group of Kazakhstan companies and establishing a foreign subsidiary of the group of companies for introduction of new products for investment activities.
• Participation in various due diligence projects of companies in different spheres such as insurance company, industrial companies, alternative energy sources and etc. deliverables helped the Clients to assess and overview the risks prior to the purchase of companies.
