Aigerim Kasmukhanova
Aigerim is Senior Associate with over 10 years of comprehensive experience representing clients, including corporate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), labour issues, and dispute resolution. Aigerim's expertise extends to providing full legal support to various companies and successfully handling pre-trial settlements and dispute settlement procedure, enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and foreign judgements in Kazakhstan.
Aigerim started her professional career in consulting in 2015. Before joining law firm, Aigerim worked as Manager of the projects at Nusantara Association company (Malaysia) and the World Bank, Central Asia Regional Office. Earlier experiences include practice as an Assistant at the Auezov District Court №2 (Сivil matters) and in the legal Department of Tsesnabank JSC (current Jusan bank), one of the largest commercial banks in Central Asia.
